Position: Studio Head (Full time)
Job Description:
Overall day-to-day management of the UAM branch. Manages sales of the branch products and services. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues of the assigned branch. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Ensure smooth operations for strong customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
With at least 2-3 years of business unit management experience
Branch Operations Management
Ensure flawless day to day execution of front and back office operations.
Manages sales of the branch products and services.
Customer Service & Client Relationship Management
Assume leadership role in providing outstanding customer service. Promote understanding and enthusiasm of yoga in the community.
Create new-to-yoga opportunities and develop strategies
Interview, train and supervise branch team in all aspects of sales and operations
Maintain a clean and organized environment and functionality of all studio space.
