I am looking for accountant/operation manager w/ mba cpa, Manila in Pasig City, National Capital Region

Looking for Accountant/operations manager , someone with a CPA and MBA is preferred, the pay is 18,000 PHP to 40,000 PHP per month depending on experience, and skill level.
Company description:
We are a small Educational Assistance USA based company that handles approximately 100 clients at any one time in assisting US , European, Australian students with assignments, college course work, etc. Our revenues this year will reach approximately $800,000 USD. We currently have independent contractor employees based in Philippines and within next 6 months we plan on opening an office here and hiring full time workers. The new hire will assist with us opening an office here and also assist in the payroll and hiring of new employees here.
Responsibilities will include:
Payroll
Accounting
Financial forecasts reports
budgeting
compliance with international tax laws
accounts receivables
accounts payables
implementation of accounting system
implementation of CRM system such as method crm
research
Assistance in helping us form an official office in Manila, Philippines
Assist with operations of company
Qualities we look for:
Must be able to think outside the box
Must be open minded
Must be available to work full time and have little obligations other than work
Must be able to travel
Must be honest
Must be able to speak and write in English
Extreme dedication is what we are looking for.

On top of salary performance bonuses will be offered as well.
