Urgent Hiring Sales and Office Manager, Pasig in Pasig City, National Capital Region

Responsibilities:
-Recruiting and training telemarketing staff
-Developing sales strategies
-Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
-Providing feedback and coaching to team members
-Compiling and analyzing sales figures
-Collecting customer feedback and market research
-Reporting back to senior managers
Requirements
-3-5 year experience within a similar role
-Excellent organizational skills and leadership
-Excellent communication skills
-High knowledge of MS Office
-Fluent in English
-Proactive and highly responsible who can work independently
-Former experience with sales management of IT- or finance-related products is an advantage but not required.
-Willing to be assigned in graveyard schedule.
