Job Opening: FMCG Food Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
Develop key accounts and be responsible for achieving sales and increasing market share.
Development of customer plans including all trade related activities.
Implement strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotion results.
Involved in sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers.
Lead a team of merchandisers and possess intimate understanding of what it takes to win in the market.
Conduct business reviews to buyer/purchaser/accounts.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
Good sense of Responsibility and Integrity.
Know the Basic Call Procedure process and Daily Routine.
Vast experience in handling Institutional Accounts or Key Accounts (Modern Trade/Gen Trade).
Vast experience in Sales Negotiations and know how to handle objections properly.
Vast experience in handling Merchandisers and Sales Coordinators.
Very good rapport in trade.
Willing to work Mondays thru Saturdays
Ownership of personal motorcycle is a plus.
