o3-5 years of leadership experience (Supervisory/ Managerial combined)
oPreferably with BPO/ Shared Services background (Medium to large scale companies), Non- manufacturing
oBackground on Purchases and Agreements
oBackground in various ERP systems: Oracle/ PeopleSoft/ SAP/ AS400
oSpend Analytics
oMust have above average communications skills
oGood stakeholder management
oStrategic, Assertive
oContract Administration
oWilling to be assigned in QC
